What is included in a sauna technical project?
The technical project includes precise drawings and layouts covering the structure, ventilation, electrical systems, and materials. It resolves the essential details before construction so the sauna can be built safely and efficiently.
Can I see my sauna or spa design before construction?
Yes. Our realistic 3D visualisations show the planned lighting, textures, materials, and finishes, helping you understand the space and refine details before construction begins.
Which sauna and spa project packages are available?
There are three service levels: Technical Project for the design and planning stage; Project + Materials for a build-ready design with sourced materials; and Construction for a complete process through installation.
How much does a custom sauna or spa project cost?
A Technical Project costs €700. The Project + Materials package starts from €3,400. Construction is quoted individually because the scope, location, and site requirements differ for every project.
How long does a sauna or spa project take?
A private sauna may be completed within a few weeks, while a large spa complex can take several months. We provide a clear project timeline before work starts and keep you updated during delivery.

Which materials do you use for custom saunas?
We specify premium, certified materials selected for durability, safety, comfort, and appearance. Options include thermo-aspen, cedar, alder, Nordic spruce, stone, high-quality glass, and steel.
Do you supply sauna heaters and spa equipment?
Yes. We supply heaters, control systems, lighting, ventilation, aroma units, and accessories from trusted European manufacturers, selected to suit the technical project.
Are ventilation and electrical systems included in the design?
Yes. Ventilation and electrical requirements are defined in the technical project before construction, together with the structure, layout, equipment, and materials.
Warranty & aftercare
What warranty does Spa Prof provide?
Private customers receive a 5-year warranty on projects, materials, and installation. Commercial customers receive a 2-year warranty, valid with proper maintenance and use.
How do I report a warranty issue?
Send us a description with photos or video. Our specialists first assess the issue remotely, arrange an on-site inspection if needed, and repair or replace the affected part using original materials and matching finishes. Repaired or replaced components receive extended warranty coverage.
Do you offer sauna maintenance and support after installation?
Yes. We offer service and maintenance plans, expert advice, maintenance recommendations, and remote diagnostics. The aim is to minimize downtime and keep your sauna or spa performing as intended.
